Rapper DMX was born 18 December 1970 in America and is known by the name DMX. His first rap performance was at the beginning of 1990. His 1998 debut album was entitled it's Black and hell is HOT. The critics and audience critically acclaimed his debut album, and the album was popular in the commercial aspects, as the album sold over 251,000 copies of the album in the very first week following the album's release. Rapper DMX was the first to release his second album of songs in 1999. The album was called X. It was his best seller. This album included the single that he debuted with, "party up" (up here). A majority of his hits were very successful since they topped the Billboard charts, with a good position. Also, he was a part of the television series DMX: Soul of a Man that was launched in 2006. The year 2003 was the time he released a memoir of his personal life.
The rapper DMX describes his childhood in Mount Vernon, New York or Baltimore, Maryland. In the year when he was born, his father had just turned 19 years old and her mom was 18 years. A healthy second child to happy parents, he was born just two years later than their beautiful daughter Bonita. Shayla is his older sister. His father was an artist and used to produce sketches of street scenes in watercolor to sell in local fairs. The rapper DMX was diagnosed with asthma when he was a young child. He was once taken to an emergency room for a sleep disorder. He was hit by drunken motorists as he walked across the street. After a month of incident, an insurance agent met with a lawyer to reach an agreement which would stop the family in mourning from pursuing legal recourse. The entire family was going through a tough time, but he said his claims that the family would be receiving $10000 from the insurance settlement.
