Suzy Kolber was born Suzanne Lisa Kolber on May 14th 1964, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to a Jewish family. The age she is now at is the age of 58. The name of her mother is Sandra Kolber and her father is Gene Kolber. Her school was Sandy Run Middle School, Dresher Pennsylvania. In 1982 she graduated from Upper Dublin High School. She graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in telecommunications in 1986 at the University of Miami. The job she got was as an athletic director for Dynamic Cable in Coral Gables Florida while she was an undergraduate student. In addition, she was in the company for two additional years between 1984 and 1986. The time was when she was also part of the water ski team at the University of Miami. Plaza was involved in Wilmington theater as an infant, where she performed improv, staged one-act plays, and was involved in other activities. Following high school, she relocated to New York City where she was a student at the improv class of The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and was a film and TV production student at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts graduating in 2006. In 2006, after an accident at the age of 20 which left her with a temporary expressive Aphasia.
